The conference will include the following thematic blocks:
Topics of the conference
- Nutritional aspects of vegetable fats,
- Vegetable oils – technology, quality, application
- Modification of fats in technological processes
- Novel edible oil sources
- Quality issues, analytical methods, and compliance with CEN and ISO
- Fat products on the domestic market – rapeseed oil, olive oil, margarine, frying mediums, confectionery fats, fat mixes
- Scientific workshops: sensory evaluation of pressed and refined rapeseed oils and olive oil
Scientific papers will be presented in the form of lectures, reports and posters.
The conference will be attended by representatives of universities, associations, companies producing oils and fats and cooperating with the fat industry.
The conference also includes scientific workshops on issues related to evaluating the sensory quality of cold-pressed and refined rapeseed oil.

Conditions of participation
Cost of participation in the conference:
800 pln net plus 23% VAT payment by September 20, 2024 r.
In order to participate in the conference, it is necessary to register through the form available on the website https://konferencjatluszczowa.pl/ and pay the fee for the conference.
Form of payment: The gross amount resulting from the number of participants and possible participation in the presentation or exhibition should be paid by bank transfer to the Institute’s account: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. 67 1240 1095 1111 0000 0336 5564 with the note “Konferencja tłuszczowa” and the names of the participants to whom the payment relates.
Accommodation costs are covered by the participants
